Billing questions
Each past client you import is one homeowner, with their own page and QR code. Archived homeowners don't count toward your limit.
A lookup fetches a home's estimated value, details and photo from our data providers. Each new import uses one; scheduled refreshes on Team and Brokerage use your monthly allowance too. Unused lookups reset each billing month.
Yes. Up to 25 homeowners, 25 value lookups a month and public home-value pages, with no card and no time limit. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
MagnaCards (a postcard with a tear-off photo magnet) are printed and mailed by RetainQR at our print and postage cost plus 25%, charged to your card per batch when you send. Your first 2 cards are free, and you see the exact total before sending. Radius-search mailing lists are 7¢ per address, or 32¢ with phone and email.
Anytime. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated automatically, and upgrading tops your lookups up to the new plan's monthly amount.
Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. After that your account moves to the free tier — your homeowners, pages and leads are kept, and you can resubscribe whenever you like.
